EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

JACQUELINE DUFIE MPARE – Managing Director

Qualification: Jacqueline holds a Master of Science degree in International Business & Management from the University of Manchester, UK. She has also completed an Executive Education program in Artificial Intelligence & Business at the Kellogg School of Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with Project Focus Inc.

Experience: With over 16 years of leadership experience in banking and financial services across more than 30 African countries, Jacqueline has built a solid track record in driving digital transformation, agency banking, financial inclusion, and strategic partnerships. She has held several senior roles within the Ecobank Group, most recently serving as Head of Agency Banking, where she expanded the network by over 300% and delivered significant revenue growth.

Earlier in her career, she managed key strategic partnerships and product deployments, including pioneering projects such as the launch of Ghana’s first mobile money service, MTN Mobile Money, and the expansion of Visa, Mastercard, and e-Zwich networks nationwide. Her expertise spans banking operations, business strategy, risk and compliance, and talent development.

Jacqueline also serves as a Non-Executive Director of the Financial Inclusion Forum Africa and an Advisory Board Member of IFED Global, contributing her insights to advancing inclusive finance across the continent.

PETRINA E. FRIMPONG – Head of Legal & Controls/Company Secretary

Qualification: Petrina holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Ghana and a qualifying Certificate of Law from the Ghana School of Law, Makola. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language and Sociology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology

Experience: Petrina worked in different administrative roles in different institutions and then at Fugar & Company Limited from 2007 to 2009. Her practice and experience in Corporate Banking spans nine (9) years. Banking institutions she worked for include Intercontinental Bank Limited, Bank of Africa Ghana Limited, and United Bank for Africa Limited. Positions she held include Legal Officer, Head of Credit Admin. , Legal Services Manager, Head of Legal and Company Secretary.

Her core duties included, working on credit documentation, drafting, and reviewing agreements, offering legal advice to management, offering support to External Solicitors, and performing Company Secretarial functions. From September 2017 to date, she has been Head, Legal & Company Secretary at Pan-African Savings and Loans. Her areas of expertise include corporate governance, negotiation and advisory services, contract review and drafting.

ISAAC KWEGYIR – Chief Finance Officer

Qualification: Isaac is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from University of Professional Studies, Accra. He is also a Microsoft Excel Specialist with a Business Data Analytics Certificate from the Centre for Business Analysis (Ghana) and awaiting final certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis as a Certified Business Data Analyst. He is also a member of the Association of Professional Business and Data Analysts.

Experience: Isaac has previously worked in the Finance Department of Adehyeman Savings and Loans Company for the past 10 years. He started in 2014, was appointed Finance Manager in June 2020 and confirmed as Head of Finance in March 2023. Before Adehyeman, Isaac worked with AKUS Consult as a Senior Auditor leading teams of audit staff in executing statutory audits and USAID funded donor audits. He has a strong background in financial reporting, financial controls, budget preparation, treasury management and tax planning. He has developed several interactive dashboards and models with his Advanced MS Excel and Data Analysis expertise. His data analytics projects received nominations from the Centre for Business Analysis for the Award of Data Personality of the Year 2024

LINDA NAYKENE – Head of Corporate Relations & Marketing

Qualification: Linda holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor of Administration in Human Resource Management from Central University College. Her academic background complements her extensive practical experience in aligning people, brand, and business strategy.

Experience: Linda Naykene is a seasoned Corporate Affairs and Marketing executive with over 30 years of professional experience in brand strategy, corporate communications, human resource management, customer experience, and stakeholder engagement in the financial services and development sectors.

She currently serves as Head of Corporate Affairs & Marketing at Pan-African Savings & Loans, where she leads the strategic integration of marketing, brand management, and corporate affairs to drive business growth and strengthen market positioning.

Linda previously held the role of Head of Corporate Affairs, Research & Customer Experience within the same institution, where she was instrumental in enhancing corporate reputation, strengthening internal and external communications, and improving customer satisfaction. Her earlier career includes leadership roles in Human Resources and Administration at Pan-African Savings & Loans, as well as positions with CARE International (Gulf of Guinea) and the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), where she built a strong foundation in organisational development, stakeholder coordination, and programme support.

MICHAELINA ORLEANS-LINDSAY – Head of Risk

Qualifications: Michaelina holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Cape Coast and a B.A. in Accounting and Sociology from the University of Ghana. Her extensive training spans risk control, advanced credit portfolio management, and practical microfinance skills, providing her with the expertise needed to navigate complex SMEs financial landscapes.

Experience: Michaelina has 22 years of experience in the Financial Services Sector, including 13 years in senior management roles. She began her career as a Loan Officer at ProCredit Savings & Loans and advanced through various positions. She joined Women’s World Banking Ghana as a Branch Manager and progressed to roles such as Product Manager and Risk Manager. Subsequently, she joined Pan-African Savings and Loans as a Risk Manager, where she managed risk functions and ensured compliance. Her responsibilities have included implementing enterprise risk processes, conducting risk assessments, and providing regulatory reporting. Michaelina is a results-oriented professional with a wealth of experience in banking operations, credit, and risk management, particularly in the SME sector.

SETH MACLEAN ACQUAH – Head of Segments & Business Development

Qualification: Seth has an MSc in Strategic Project Management from Herriot-Watt, Edinburgh, and an MA in International Business from the University of Wolverhampton. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).

Experience: Seth is a versatile management professional with over 15 years of experience in creating stakeholder value. He has relevant experience in developing, implementing, and reviewing corporate strategies spanning financial, environmental, and mining industries. Seth currently works as the Business Development Manager of Pan-African Savings and Loans. Prior to joining Pan-African, he was the Business Development Manager with Alliance Waste, a subsidiary of Jospong Group where he led the extension of formal waste management services to over 50,000 households. Seth previously worked with Abzugold, a Canadian gold exploration company. Seth also worked as secretary to a Board, taught project management, and currently heads a local association in his community.

NATHAN BENJAMIN OHENE-KWAPONG – Head of HR, and Administration

Qualification: Nathan holds a BSc. in Integrative Studies from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the Accra Business School and MSc. in Defense and International Politics from the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College

Experience: Nathan is a proficient and initiative-taking HR and Operational Development professional with a verifiable record of accomplishments. He has 20 years of multi-industry experience and the “can-do” attitude to go with it. His experience spans from the USA and to Ghana in the fields of Human Development, Training and Operational Management. Nathan worked with U.S. Security Associates in Falls Church, Virginia in the US from 2005 – 2011 as the HR, Accounting & Payroll Manager. He was the Senior Account Technician with the Housing Authority of The City of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from 2011 – 2017 prior to relocating to Ghana and helping start PRN Care, a Health Care Consultancy in Accra as Head of Recruitment and Compliance in 2018. Nathan later joined the Oil and Gas industry in 2018 in the Upstream field with PMD Viking, a joint venture between Maersk Drilling and Prime Meridian Docks Ghana Limited as the HR and Training Coordinator and ended with the Ministry of Education’s National School Inspectorate Authority (NaSIA) as Inspections Operations Manager in 2020 prior to joining Pan-African Savings and Loans in 2021 as the Head of Human Resources and Administration.

DONALD DZIDEDI KODZO DZEBU – Head of Products

Qualification: Donald holds a Commonwealth Executive MBA from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Donald also holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from the Central University College and HND in Statistics from the Ho Polytechnic. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Ghana, and a Development Finance Analyst.

Experience: Donald is knowledgeable in SME markets and understands different consumer behaviors. He also has extensive years of experience in Microfinance, Portfolio Management, Credit Analysis, Value-Chain Financing, and as well as Credit Risk Management. He has participated in several training seminars on Microfinance and has acquired in-depth knowledge on the formation, running, and management of microfinance/micro-enterprise development.

Donald has worked with Midland Savings and Loans Ltd as Head of Credit (2014-2016) and Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans Ltd. (formerly Sinapi Aba Trust) for twelve (12) years as one of the most experienced branch staff. In Sinapi Aba, he started as an Associate Financial Services Officer and rose through the ranks to the position of Branch Manager. He joined Forms Capital as the Head, Credit Risk & Operations and is currently the Acting Head of Credit with Pan-African Saving and Loans limited.
